Valuable capacity is often already there — it's just invisible, or hard to reach. Incedym Universal builds software that surfaces it, and owns what it builds.
"Incedym" isn't an acronym and it isn't a made-up syllable — it's a collision of two words, and together they describe what every one of our platforms actually does.
An inception is the moment something begins — the seed a system grows from. Every one of our platforms traces back to the same starting point: a single operations-research observation, asked of a different resource each time.
Dynamics is the study of forces in motion — state that refuses to sit still. Availability behaves exactly like that: idle now, gone in five minutes. Our platforms are built to track that motion continuously, not take a snapshot of it.
Incedym: start from one idea, then keep solving it as the conditions keep moving.
Incedym Universal started from a simple observation, seen again and again in different settings: a college lab sitting empty every evening, an electrician who's free right now but has no way to tell anyone nearby, a consultant with an open hour and a client who can't find them. Different industries, same shape of problem — supply exists, but it's invisible at the exact moment someone needs it.
That pattern became three platforms. ResourceGrid makes idle assets — at corporates, institutions, government organizations, and industries alike — discoverable and bookable. VisitGrid makes real-time provider availability visible to the people looking for it right now. ExpertiseGrid makes a consultant's real availability bookable — live or scheduled — as a video session, documents and payment included. All three are built on shared architecture, and all three are built to the same standard: multi-tenant, country-agnostic, and designed to handle real money safely from day one — even while pricing starts at zero.
The pattern behind all three platforms didn't start as a business idea — it started with operations research: the transportation problem, the assignment problem, the simplex method. Strip away the math and they're all the same question — given fixed supply, fixed demand, and a constraint, find the allocation that wastes the least. That question, asked of three different resources instead of one, is what Incedym Universal actually builds.
A transportation problem — many idle assets, many renters, one matching layer finding the allocation that leaves the least capacity unused.
A live assignment problem — available providers and nearby consumers as two sides of a graph, re-solved continuously as availability shifts in real time.
A scheduling problem — a consultant's open time-window, across time zones, allocated against demand for it the instant it exists, because time can't be inventoried.
Three platforms, three resources, one underlying discipline: optimize the allocation, don't just list what's available.
We don't create demand — the assets and the providers already exist. Our job is to make the connection between them fast, trustworthy, and simple.
Incedym Universal does not build software for hire. We design, build, and operate our own platforms — ResourceGrid, VisitGrid, and ExpertiseGrid today, with more to come as the same underlying architecture proves itself in new categories. Everything we build is meant to be run for years, not shipped and handed off.
All three platforms share one technical foundation: containerized services, row-level multi-tenancy, and infrastructure that's reproducible from a laptop to production.
Currency, payment gateway, language, and tax handling are configuration, not hardcoded assumptions — any platform can launch in a new country without a rebuild.
None of our platforms ever hold customer funds — every transaction runs through a licensed split-payment processor, with the platform's share automated, transparent, and configurable. And the party being trusted with your property, your home, or your business — a provider, a renter, a consultant — is verified before they can list or book, not just registered.
Incedym Universal is built by a small technical team spanning product, engineering, and infrastructure. The same people who design each platform's architecture also ship its code and operate it in production — there's no hand-off between deciding and building. Every function the company needs falls into exactly one of the three areas below.
Design and build both platforms end to end — data model, backend, and interface.
Own the systems each product runs on: deployment, security, and reliability.
Work with institutions, providers, and investors to bring each platform to market.
